We have perfected our Standard Press over the last 35 years. The machine is designed to hot vulcanize all types of rubber and silicone, such as EPDM, NBR, SBR CR, Viton, FKM, and NR.
Our rubber vulcanizers are built to last, and we only use quality parts from well-renowned suppliers such as Siemens, Festo, and Bosch Rexroth.
The rubber vulcanizer is highly versatile and can splice numerous profiles from small to medium straight or in any angle by changing the tool. Changing tools on our machines is very easy and only takes a few minutes, including preheating.
The machine comes with a Siemens touch display for straightforward control of all functions.
Our Standard Press can be supplied with numerous optional extras, such as a tape dispenser, light beam, or safety mat and lift.
