Turn table
When the cutting machine is operation offline a turn table is installed in front of the cutter.
The turn table is equipped with an AC engine to unwind the profile at the same speed as the rest of the cutter. The loop always controls the tension on the profile and ensures that it is fed tension-free into the cutting machine.
The profile bundle is placed in the center of the table. During the cut, the table rotates around to unwind the profile and prevent it from twisting during feeding.
