Together with the installation of the machines our customers often also want to include training.

The installation and training program at your facilities last for 2 days and will have the following elements.

Day 1:

  1. Installation of the machines together with your personnel.
  2. Control and testing of the machines.
  3. Testing of your profiles during splicing.
  4. Trimming the splicing process with vulcanizing time and temperature in the molds to achieve the most rational splicing time.
  5. Training of operators.

Day 2:

  1. Training of operators.
  2. Guidance of the operators during the splicing process (be available when the operators splice).
  3. Go through the presses and a maintenance plan with the ones who are responsible for the presses.
  4. Go through troubleshooting routines (if any errors should occur with the equipment).
  5. Go through log routines that can be done with the machines.
  6. Go through special functions on the machines.
