Our splicing lines are designed to increase the effectiveness of the splicing process. It is especially effective to use a film dispenser. By the operator using a film dispenser, the splicing process can be reduced by up to four seconds per station. The film dispenser is pushed manually to the next press and is automatically locked in a position above it. The film dispenser feeds the splicing film automatically in the correct position before the vulcanizing of the profile without any extra adjustments.
The number of presses in a line depends on the curing time of the profiles. The longer the curing vulcanizing time is, the more presses are possible. We can supply lines with up to 8 Standard or Combo presses. Experienced operators can easily and effectively work lines with multiple presses.
The splicing line can be delivered with various types of extra equipment.
It is also possible to choose from various types of extra equipment such as film-dispensers, light curtains, and overhead conveyors.
